Final chance to apply for the Self Employed Income Support Scheme (SEISS)

To ensure that you don't miss out on the SEISS grant, submit your application ahead of the deadline of Monday 13th July. 

For the self employed who have not yet made a claim under the SEISS for the period of March to May, there is still the opportunity to do so but you will need to act quickly as the deadline is now less than a week away on Monday 13th July.

Before applying, you will need to ensure that you meet the following criteria in order to qualify for the grant:

  • You were actively trading in 2018/19 and submitted your tax return by 23 April 2020

  • You are continuing to trade in 2020/21

  • You have average profits of less than £50,000 per year

  • Your business has been adversely affected by Coronavirus during the period of March to May 2020.

 

To apply for the grant you will be require the following information:

  • Unique Tax Reference number

  • National Insurance number

  • Government Gateway User ID and password

  • Bank account details
